I first came across Web Shorts Site Design on a web design newsgroup. I needed some help with a personal site and their Chief Developer (Daniel Short) provided his expertise. When I needed to get our firm's web site redesigned, they were my first choice. I already had a previous site redesigned by them and I viewed other sites they had created so there was no doubt in my mind that they were the ones for the job.

Our firm's web site deals with selling aircraft salvage to bidders. I wanted a dynamic site driven by a database to better organize the information presented on the site. One of our biggest problems was that we had numerous claims administrators with varying levels of computer experience. Training them to upload web pages and deal with HTML was not an option and the firm is too small to have a fulltime Webmaster. Web Short's solution was to create a website in which the claims personnel could simply enter the data into online forms. The forms automatically update the database and display the data. Even the image sizing process was simplified so that all images are resized automatically!

During the development, I was kept informed of the progress and I was able to view and test parts of the web site as they were built. All of my questions were answered and the site was completed within the period promised. At the time of completion, we decided to have Web Shorts host the site.

I was so impressed with the company's level of service, that I moved all my personal web sites to their hosting company.
